Can I change my parcel delivery address?

Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time: just click on the Profile button at the top right in the part dedicated to the header of the site. From there you will have access to your personal data panel, click on the Multiple addresses section and edit your data.

Where are TerraPremiata products shipped?

At the moment across the entire Italian territory.

What are the shipping times for my package?

The warehouse is active from Monday to Friday - excluding holidays and Saturdays - and our logistics operator delivers within 3 days of receiving the order if placed by 11.30am, if completed after 12pm within 4 days.

For Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, delivery requires an additional 24 hours compared to the date and time of placing the order.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Inside your reserved area, in the Orders section you can check the progress of your package. Alternatively, you can check the progress of your shipment by clicking on the link we sent you in the email.

How much does shipping a package cost?

Shipping costs are fixed and amount to €8.50, 22% VAT included.
